Christmas 2009

Nina did her sleeping baby impression for the entirety of Christmas morning despite the frivolity and some serious taunting by Bad Lamby

We were thrilled to have some surrogate grandparents with us this Christmas. Erick's parents are visiting and were in need of some fill in grandkids, so it was a win win for everyone.

"Auntie Apryl, you have the same Christmas socks as me!" Yeah for Target's $1 bin

I don't remember exactly what we were laughing about in this one, but this photo pretty much sums up the day for me.

Clementine digging into her magnetic paper doll set. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa! She has taken pains today to sort through all the clothes and comment on possible outfits for each girl. If that enormous red headband tells you anything, my daughter is way into accessorizing so your gift is just perfect.

Andrew and I indulged this year an bought Elijah this really cool Garbage Truck. It was really gratifying to see his excitement grow with each tear of paper. I think it is safe to say that the MVP for Elijah this year is his shiny green garbage truck.

The easel is now living in the kitchen and is already a big hit with the short set of the neighborhood. It will also be fun to leave Andrew secret messages on it. Until the kids learn how to read, that is.

Super fancy dress gets test drive.
