Strawberry season is upon us in Washington, which means that we only have a few short weeks to harvest "jam on the vine". We packed out the van with as much cheap labor as we could find and drove to Harvold Berry Farms for the morning. A second round will be needed, but we did our best to eat/pick our way through rows overflowing with ripe berries.
All this for $26.00!!!
We play the "Hold your breath when you cross a bridge game" and apparently my kids hold their breath with their mouths open. Either that, or I took that S curve just a little too fast.
