The kids each got to choose a "15 Minute" activity for family night and it was not surprising that Elijah chose to make paper airplanes and Clementine chose to have a dance party. Both lasted much longer than 15 actual minutes but the kids thought it was the greatest thing ever.
Elijah and I have spent entire afternoons making paper airplanes and this website is the best one out there for simple flash animation instructions. Elijah chose the arrow and Clementine chose the stealth.
Nina kicking back on her new ride. She can't move on it yet, so she just hangs out in her flash new wheels like a 15 year old with her drivers permit. If it only had a stereo......
Since the 5 year old chose the dance party, she also chose the most annoying music to dance to. I am all for making my kids happy, but listening to horribly annoying kids music is almost convinced me to buy them a CD player for their room just to contain the madness. The more obnoxious the music, the more they love it. And the more it gets in my head.
