Book Stores and Baby Sharks

Our family is transitioning, once again. A family with little ones changes at the pace of it's youngest member and so we have recently joined the world of TODDLERDOM. Nina's upward mobility and desire for independence became abundantly clear today when we attended a special Christmas storey time as a bookstore down the street. She wandered and greeted and roamed and climbed and basically was super cute but completely uninterested in sitting and listening to the story. Thankfully our faithful Grandma shadowed the little one while Elijah and I were entertained by some very talented story tellers.

Our friendly neighborhood independent book seller, Elliot Bay.

Come to me, sweet stacks of books!

Actors from a local theater company read a to us with special vim and vigor.

Two shots of go juice for mom.
