My two beautiful nieces live far far away, which means that I am unpracticed in the way of Aunting. Thankfully, we have a new baby in our lives who also lives far far away from his aunties and has asked that I dote on him every now and again. My two dear friends, both significant people to me in their own right but united now as a family, had a baby boy 3 weeks ago. There is absolutely no substitute for family, but I am thankful that God has provided sweet friendships to me over the years.
I just re-read this post and OBVIOUSLY forgot to spell check it before I published it. YIKES!! Spell check is only my friend if I use it.....
