Big Boy Friends

I have noticed that the big kids are beginning to have their own buddies; special friends that don't get shared by other siblings. This is not true for all friends, but the transition to separate social entities has begun. I watch these new little ones come into my home, knowing that they will shape my children and be apart of their lives in a way I am not. We had a boy sleep over this week and a boy day at the science museum; it has been a laddish 24 hours in The World of Hurt. I am grateful to be surrounded by a this group of sweet little men.
