New Lens

I was given a new lens this week, which has provided a new creative challenge. It is a 35mm fixed lens which makes the backgrounds fuzzy and the foreground sharp (I think). I look forward to learning how to use it and decided to give myself a project. Nina and I made a counting book with photos of her eating. 1 cup, 2 beans, 3 apples.... you get the picture. It will be fun to read it with her as she learns to say her name, count to ten and identify her favorite foods, all at the same time.
