Spring break started today with freezing rain and temperatures in the 40's. Perfect day for a hike to the
Columbia Towers if you ask me! Three drinks from Starbucks and four different elevators to the 73rd story finally got us to the observation deck. Even with the gray skies, the view was breathtaking. Thankfully the sun arrived when it was time to leave, making the walk up hill (and home) slightly better than Chinese water torture.
I just want all of you to remind me why I drag my three children around to these amazing sights and experiences against their will?!? Maybe tomorrow we will settle for a floor puzzle at home.....
