I had intended to write a slightly sentimental posting about my sister, who blesses me in a thousand different ways and who always ends up baking delicious muffins at my house. She comes to visit, or watch the kids, and manages to produce baked goods from the detritus in my kitchen. Amazing. Yesterday was no exception. She left the house smelling Betty Crocker fresh and a batch of molasses carrot muffins as evidence of her skill. Good intentions aside, my attempt to take photos of said muffins quickly slipped into low grade mayhem. See below.
