Painting Pumpkins

It is our first holiday season without our friends and neighbors, The Paynes. They have moved to a new and wonderful place, but it just so happens that their name is coming up more and more as we realize how many traditions we borrowed from them. Painting Pumpkins is just one of them. We love the trail of traditions they have left behind, and our family is all the better for having shared in their festivities.
