First day of Pre-school

Our mouse had her first day of pre-school yesterday. She is attending a neighborhood coop preschool two hours a week, which means that I will get the chance to teach her and her little friends once in a while. Despite being just shy of 3, she seems to be ready for some "big kid" time away from mom. I suppose that is what comes from being the youngest kid in the house. 

Grandma decided to join us for the momentous day. 

A beautiful fall day and a bus ride to school rounded out the adventure.

Each week will focus on one letter of the alphabet. The first class was "A" which included lots of books about apples, an alligator craft, and apricots and ants on a log for snack.
