We are at the end of our mid winter break and have had a cozy, inside kind of week.
Uncle Doug opened up a new Bavarian beer hall which includes 6 Bocce ball lanes. My kids are surprisingly good bowlers and got some schooling from their Uncle Erick on the rules of indoor grass play.
The Boy-O and I got a rare morning to ourselves. After being my fashion consultant at Anthropology, we stopped by Pike's market for warm doughnuts. Nothing says "Thank You for your patience"to a 7 year old like a dozen warm mini doughnuts.
We then spent some QT in the hallowed halls of our favorite library.
Contraband doughnuts AND library books! Perfect.
