The school break has been well earned and we are enjoying some extra time with people who we don't get to see enough of during our regular school schedule. And of course enjoying slow mornings, no homework and a general slowing down of our busy pace.

A first for all the kids was Ice Skating! They dove in and were all standing on their own two feet after only two hours. And liked it enough to want to go again, so I count that as a success!

These two boys miss each other so much and are such great pals...it is a joy to watch them engage, banter and love each other with gusto.
