Singing in the rain

My friend ,Brooke, is moving to Brooklyn which A. makes my heart sad because I will miss her and have to singlehandedly keep Presse out of chocolate croissants but B. makes complete sense that someone named Brookelyn would have to live in Brooklyn at some point in their lives. She has a few items on her Things- To- Do- Before -I -Leave- The- State List, one of which we accomplished today; Visiting Snoqualmie Falls. The weather was typically drippy and the trails were almost abandoned. I didn't even bother bringing my camera, knowing that Brooke would capture the spirit of her company with that magic box she carries. It is a mystery to me how she can so casually and randomly point that camera at things and capture such amazing images.
