We have a video monitor for the big kids room and Nina will sit on the counter in the kitchen with me and watch the goings on. I suppose that we are planting the seeds for some serious reality TV addiction in the future, but it is pretty harmless at the moment. This afternoon, Clementine noticed that Nina was captivated by the mini tv on the kitchen counter and ran up stairs to give her an puppet show. So the 4 of us down stairs got to enjoy a very sweet presentation by Clementine up stairs, and yes, Nina loved it. It feels not a little voyeuristic/mall cop to have a video monitor, but I have to say that it is pretty addictive. And provides a performance outlet for my eldest!
